Have complete Tawakkul on Allāh ﷻ
You may be asking Allāh for a drop, while He has prepared an ocean for you
You may be asking Allāh for a flower, while He has prepared a garden for you
You may be asking Allāh for love, while He has prepared a heart that will love you

It doesn't matter if you don't post anything about your life on social media. Learn to have silent celebrations, real celebrations. Be happy within. Its about you and your Lord. It has nothing to do with the rest of the world.
Shaykh Dr. 'Abdur-Rahmān Al-'Umaysān حفظه الله stated:
"Having good thoughts with no actions is heedlessness and deception. Having good actions with bad thoughts is despair and corruption. Therefore, have good actions and good thoughts for Allāh is forgiving and grateful."

Ibn al-Jawzī رحمه الله said:
“Overall, the planning of Allāh for you is certainly better than the plans you have set for your own self. He may avert what you wish to test you, so show Him the good patience you have and then you will see what will please your heart.”
(Captured Thoughts p. 464, Saydil al-Khātir)

'We are only travellers in this life,
soon we'll pass, leaving everything behind us for the living'

Sh.Islam b.Taymiyyah writes:
“It is not from the conditions of being pious that you don’t commit sins. If that was the case, then there would be no pious people in the world! In fact, he who repents and follows his sins up with good deed, is from the Muttaqīn”

How to remain consistent on a good habit
1. Stop expecting overnight change.
Habits are not developed overnight, it's takes weeks to get out of old or bad habits and change them for better ones.
2. Getting back to it after a failure.
When on the road to developing new habits, you WILL FAIL atleast once or twice and people like me 100x before getting it right.
What is important when trying to gain Good habits are to keep dusting yourself off after failure and trying again.
You'll get it. May not after the first it second try. But you'll get it.

3. Stay on schedule.
Not everyday will be the same.
Some days you'll run late, you'll oversleep, you'll have to deal with mental and physical health.
Even in these times. Stick to your habits even if less in amount.
If you usually read 1 juz, read a half, read a quarter.
But don't skip your daily duty
4. Stop expecting perfection
When we expect perfection, anything less we deem failure.
This is inaccurate. It won't be perfect. It'll never be. There's always be room for improvement.
So waiting for perfection, means you'll simply never develop that good habit.
Because perfection is simply not anyone's reality.

Busy yourself with what benefits
The most beneficial cure is to busy yourself with thinking about what concerns you without that which does not concern you
For thinking about what does not concern you is the door to every evil
And whoever thinks about what does not concern him, he misses what does concern him
And he had busied himself over what is most beneficial for him that which has not benefit for him

May Allah سبحانه وتعالى keep us sincere in our actions and allow us to do that which pleases Him and keep us steadfast.

You have nothing to prove to anyone besides yourself. Everyday be a better version of yourself. Challenge yourself to be a better Muslim in every way. Islam teaches us to reach excellence.
