Taqwa and Allāh ﷻ consciousness does not mean that one will not sin. That is impossible. It means being remorseful and making sincere tawbah and istighfaar in the event one slips and commits a sin. A person gets closer to Allāh ﷻ through this.

Don't ruin your current peace of mind by overthinking about things that have not occurred. Don't create rifts where there is stillness. The human mind is created in a way that it cannot handle too much at once so focus on the task at hand and take each moment as it comes.
Don't ruin a morning coffee, a blessed Friday, or a moment with a loved one by worrying about something that the shaytan manufactured in order to make you sad. There is always something good to turn to.

Learn about intentions, for their importance is greater than the importance of actions.

"Be ambitious, keep climbing and always have hope. Beware of falling, and remember that life is minutes and seconds. Be like the ant in hard work, patience and perseverance. Always keep trying, and keep repenting. If you go back to sin, then repent again. Memorise Qur'ān, and if you forget it, go back and memorise it again and again. The main thing is that you should never feel defeated or frustrated, because rationally speaking there is no such thing as the last word or the bitter end, rather there is always trial and error, and learning from your mistakes. Life is like a body that may undergo cosmetic surgery; it is like a building that can be renovated and rebuilt from scratch, with new decor and paint. Do away with all thoughts of failure, and stop thinking of calamities and problems, for Allah, the Almighty, says:
.
وَعَلَى اللهِ فَتَوَكَّلُوا إِنْ كُنْتُمْ مُؤْمِنِينَ
"...And put your trust in Allah if you are indeed believers." [Surah Al-Ma'idah - Verse 23]
