Fear four things when doing an action:

1. Fear of non acceptance.

This is due to the Āyah:

Allāh accepts only from those who have Taqwā. [5:27]

2. Fear of insincerity.

This is due to the Āyah:

They were not ordered but to worship Allāh, making their submission 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 for Him with no deviation. [98:5]

3. Fear of preservation.

This is due to the Āyah:

Whoever comes with a good deed will receive ten times as much. [6:160]

Allāh ﷻ made it a condition that His servants comes on the Day of Judgement 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 his deeds.

4. Fear of abandoning other deeds.

This is because he doesn’t know whether he’ll be given the opportunity and ability again as Allāh says:

My ability to do any thing comes from none but Allāh. In Him alone I have placed my trust and to Him alone I turn in humbleness. [11:88]

You are more than your pain, your struggles, or your mistakes, and you are worthy of love and happiness.

Healing is a journey, and it takes time - but you can start now. Don't let your current circumstances dictate your future.

Ibn Qayyim رحمه الله said:

"Calamities, trials and tests are signs of love from Allāh for the believers. They are comparable to a cure; although it may be bitter, you accept it because it is from the one whom you love; and to Allāh belongs the best example."

Be proud of being a servant of Allāh

Be gentle with yourself by forgiving yourself and by seeking regular forgiveness. Amending your relationship with your Lord is the most important thing you will ever do for yourself. Just live simply and let go of that which steals your happiness.

If you walk with something for too long, it becomes your reality. You need to let the dead shell of yesterday break away so you can make room for all that is new. In the end the things that matter are become very few, focus on the few.

One of the reasons you shouldn't let something weigh you down for too long is simply because death is waiting for us all, and there's not much time. Don't use the little time you have to be distracted over spilt milk. Nothing is ever that serious in this short life.

Pray your ṣalāh on time

"Having trust in the plan of Allāh سبحانه وتعالى, doesn't mean you trust when it goes in your favour only. Rather if it goes in your favour or not, completely place your trust in him. Only then we will learn complete submissiveness to him".

Hadhrat Mawlānā Yūsuf Motālā رحمه الله

An action that gives positive changes to our lives

[Shaykh-ul-Ḥadīth Mawlānā Saleem Dhorāt حفظه الله]

The Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said:

‎"Never do you leave off anything for the sake of Allāh, except that Allāh will replace it for you with that which is better than it."

‎[Musnad of Imām Aḥmad]

Ibn al-Qayyim (رحمه الله) mentioned that there are 6 times in which the du’ā of an individual is accepted:

• The last 3rd of the night
• At the time of the Ādhān
• Between the Ādhān & the Iqāmah
• After the 5 daily prayers
• When the Imām climbs the Mimbar on Friday
• The final hour of Friday

— الداء والدواء

‎فقد قيلَ: العلْمُ ثلاثةُ أَشبارٍ،
It was said knowledge is three spans:

‎مَن دَخَلَ في الشبْرِ الأَوَّلِ؛ تَكَبَّرَ؛
Whosoever enters the first span will become arrogant,

‎وَمَنْ دَخَلَ في الشبْرِ الثاني؛ تَواضَعَ،
And whosoever enters the second span will become humble,

‎ومَن دَخَلَ في الشبْرِ الثالثِ؛ عَلِمَ أنه ما يَعْلَمُ.
And whosoever enters the third span will know that he knows nothing.

Ibn Rajab al-Ḥanbalī رحمه الله said:

“From the greatest of voluntary acts through which Allāh’s Love is earned, is reciting and pondering upon Qur’ān.”

‏احياناً لا يعطيك الله كل ما كنت تعتقد انك تريده ليس لأنك لا تستحق ذلك ولكن لأنك تستحق الأفضل

Sometimes Allah doesn’t give you what you think you want, not because you don’t deserve it, but because you deserve better

Part of being human means experiencing a range of emotions; even the so-called "negative" ones. It's simply not realistic to always be positive and happy.

We all go through tough times. It's important that we acknowledge our feelings and allow ourselves to experience them fully.

‏حتى وإن بدَت السماءُ بعيدةً

Though the sky seem far away

إن الذي فوق السماء قريبُ

He who is above the sky is much closer

فارفع يديكَ إلى الإله مُناجيًا

Raise your hands to Allāh in a manner

إن الجروح مع الدعاءِ تطيبُ

Verily all wounds with Duʿāʾs are healed

O Allāh, I ask You for Your Pleasure and for Your Forgiveness, for You are The Most Forgiving, The Most Merciful
