The Prophet ﷺ said:
“If 3 things are found in a person, he will taste the sweetness of faith;
1) Allāh ﷻ + his messenger is beloved to him more than anything
2)He loves + hates for the sake of Allāh ﷻ
3) Falling into a huge fire is more beloved to him than committing Shirk”

"Whoever wants to marry a woman let him look at her father and brother, for she will surely come to him with (the personality of) one of them."

When seeking ʿilm: do it with ikhlas, do not take shortcuts, do not show off, make full effort to practise upon what you learn, avoid delving into controversies, scholarly disputes, sectarianism, etc. Be steadfast, grow in your knowledge, and beautify your character and speech.

When I was young, I always used to think after you get married, you live happily ever after with the love of your life. But growing up, I started to realise marriage can be a test for some, your love can be a test, children can be a test, not having children can also be a test. And it’s important in all these situations that you keep your faith in Allāh ﷻ, that you trust in His Plans for you and you have hope that with hardship there will always be ease because Allāh ﷻ promised you that. Not once, but twice. And His promises are always true.

Sitting with the righteous changes six to six:
من الشك إلى اليقين
From doubt to certainty
From showing off to sincerity
From loss to remembrance
From striving in the dunya to striving for the akhirah
From arrogance to humility
And from ill intentions to sincere advise

If you honour the Qurʾān, It will honour you.
If you hold the Qurʾān in high esteem, it will raise you.

Accepting that which Allāh has decreed is a source of comfort and relief. At times we strive for something and we are not given the success to attain it. It wasn't decreed! However, the success is attained when we accept that which Allāh has decreed with faith and patience.

For indeed, the matter of al-Ikhlāṣ (sincerity) is magnificent.
Al-Ikhlāṣ is a cause for the aid of the daʿwah.
