Looks like Lysmata amboinensis, but something is wrong. Note the white band stretching to the end of tail, the distinctive feature of a sister species named Lysmata grabhami. Quite amazing that two shrimp species with similar appearance and similar behavior inhabit very different regions: Grabhami are Atlantic & Caribbean ones and Amboinensis are from the Indo-Pacific region.
