Second simmering of my “own” foraged mushroom mix. The first brew was the best taste & feel. I thought might be only very bitter for some reason but it’s really smooth. So easy to drink… obviously I’m thrilled!!!

You can see how I’m negotiating the ecosystem:
Wading along the shallow riverbed, climbing up into the forest to my right when I see a promising area for mushrooms.
My Gear: lightweight high tops with grippy soles, weighty jeans that protect my legs while in the brushy forest - here rolled up to the knees for the wading.
Not the only way to roll, but it works well for me: versatile!!
