Any person may make written representations regarding the Disaster Management Amendment Regulations (Draft Post National State of Disaster Regulations) published on 29 March 2022.

Following the receipt of representations, the Minister of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs will give due consideration to comments received. This will be followed by an announcement by the President to terminate the National State of Disaster, which will be before 15 April.
