When Hitler, Rosenberg, Himmler and others used the term "Aryan," they were exclusively referring to "Nordic" Europeans and no one else. They may have slightly bent that definition at times for expediency but stuck pretty closely to it.

This interesting letter was written by the collaborationist Ukrainian Main Committee to the Nazi Governor-General of Poland, Dr. jur. Hans Frank on 25 Feb 1943. It details what the Ukrainians who worked with the Nazis wanted, and it details how Nazi policy alienated their members. Note how even the collaborators complain about Nazi mass murder, forced labor corvees and spoliation. Even Rosenberg rebuked his fellow Nazis' overt anti-Slavicism, but only as an optical measure to further dupe the Ukrainians into thinking they had an ally against Stalin, when in fact their goal was the colonization of Ukraine for German exploitation.

Finally, Rosenberg expressed concern about the loyalty of the Ukrainian population, which, he had claimed only recently, was Germany’s natural ally. Germany could think and plan whatever it wanted, his report to Hitler continued, ‘ but it is not the task of the German political representatives [on the spot] to proclaim measures which in the last analysis might drive the conquered population to despair’.

It seems that after the defeat of Stalingrad, Rosenberg, and some Army officials wanted to change the way ethnic groups were treated. Rosenberg held a meeting with some Army staff, decided to tone down the harsher treatment, and then sent Hitler a memorandum regarding this. Hitler replied to Rosenberg, saying not to meddle in Army affairs, and Hitler's reply to Army staff who took part in the meeting was to not meddle in political affairs. So Hitler, despite the losses in Stalingrad, did not change his opinion on the treatment of ethnic groups. (pages 152, 153, 154)

Rosenberg's subordinates, realizing that Ukrainian nationalists were not going to support the Nazis anymore, shifted their attention to caucuses and MOSLEMS as allies (page 155)

Koch, instead of toning down the harsher treatment, doubles down (page 156, image).

In June 1941 the Nazi regime began planning the removal and/or destruction of all Poles from Poland entirely (annexed territories and the general government).

How the Third Reich exported its economic inflation to other countries while sucking their resources back into its own. This was a necessary process of their heavily socialized economy and autarky practices. International trade was drying up because of their aggressive foreign policy, so the only way to keep the ship (the bloated welfare and warfare state) afloat was stealing from other countries.

By 1940 305,000 Jews and Poles had been expelled from Poland to the "general government" (reduced state area). 180,000 ethnic Germans moved onto Polish farms.
