"In all the records of Hitler’s military conferences and discussions, there is not the slightest hint that he feared a Russian attack. For the Nazis, the Russians were Slavic Untermenschen, subhumans, from whom bestial ferocity might be expected, but no serious, organized resistance. As early as 1926, in Mein Kampf, Hitler declared that Soviet Russia was on the verge of collapse. [...] It did not suit the purposes of Nazi propaganda, still less the need to motivate the troops, to advertise the Nazis’ and the German Army’s knowledge of the weakness of the Red Army. To convince the troops of the need to fight, their commanders asked in 1941, during the early months of the invasion, “What would have happened had these Asiatic Mongol hordes succeeded in pouring into Europe, and particularly into Germany, laying the country waste, plundering, murdering, raping?’’ On the eve of the invasion, another order of the day described its purpose as the eradication of Bolshevism, “the deadly enemy of National Socialism.” But, with the well-known cynicism of the Nazi propaganda machine (which was operating very well in the German Army by this time), all this was very far from the actual assessment of the Red Army’s strength arrived at by Hitler and the leading German generals in private. Hitler thought that it would take no more than four months to defeat Russia. His generals were contemptuous of Soviet military strength. The recently published Goebbels diaries show that the inner leadership of the Nazi regime thought the Soviet Union would keep out of the war as long as possible, until all sides were exhausted, and then use the opportunity to extend its power. In 1941, however, the Nazi leaders, according to Goebbels, had no fear of Russian military action at all."

In 1942 Hitler reflected on the course of events and concluded that war with Poland was much better for his long term plans than if he had achieved a diplomatic peace over the Danzig issue.

As he stressed again and again in Mein Kampf, the 1914 German borders were insufficient living space and that Germany could only become a great power again by capturing substantially more territory in the East.

War was always his mission.

Churchill on Islam:

> "Individual Muslims may show splendid qualities, but the influence of the religion paralyses the social development of those who follow it. No stronger retrograde force exists in the world. No stronger retrograde force exists in the world. Far from being moribund, Mohammedanism is a militant and proselytizing faith."

Hitler on Islam:

"‘It’s been our misfortune to have the wrong religion,' Hitler complained to his pet architect Albert Speer. 'Why did it have to be Christianity, with its meekness and flabbiness?' Islam was a Männerreligion—a 'religion of men'—and hygienic too. The “soldiers of Islam” received a warrior’s heaven, “a real earthly paradise” with 'houris' and 'wine flowing.' This, Hitler argued, was much more suited to the 'Germanic temperament' than the 'Jewish filth and priestly twaddle' of Christianity."

> "If we had all been Mohammedans, today the world would have been ours."

As you can see Third Worldism & exotic orientalism has its roots not only in Leninism & Maoism but also Hitlerism.

This neo-nazi/wignat love affair with Arabs and Islam really is just a continuation of Hitler's foreign policy.

“However, National Socialism should not be primarily interpreted as anti-Marxism. It was rather an alternative, competing revolutionary movement which did not have the destruction of Marxism as its main objective but which had to destroy it, not despite, but because of its proximity to it. There are many examples in history of ideologies or religions combating each other all the more sharply and ruthlessly when they are relatively closely related, or when they have a common origin.”

“Hitler was – and this is incontestable – most certainly a fanatical Jewhater, but he also used anti-Semitism for purely tactical or propaganda reasons. Hitler himself no longer believed in the thesis of ‘Jewish Bolshevism’ that German propaganda kept repeating as a stereotype, but this did not prevent him from continuing to use this abstruse claim for reasons of propaganda.”

Notice that when fascists criticize communists it is only ever from a social angle and not economic. Their lament is that commies are "not racist enough, not homophobic enough, etc." The critique is not economic because both fascists and communists share the same economic views that the state must control all or most of the major means of production, set prices, wages, production quotas, etc. Two sister ideologies fighting over turf.

ZH: "Wikipedia will suggest Germany wanted to push to the east towards the Urals... This isn't true at all."

Adolf Hitler: "We shall have to be very anxious that no military power should ever arise on this side of the Urals: our western neighbours would always be the allies of our eastern neighbours; so the French have been with the Turks, and so the English are now with the Soviets. By this side of the Urals I mean a line 200-300 kilometres to the east of it. It must be possible for us [Germans] to dominate this [Urals] eastern area with 250,000 men and a few good administrators. Just look at the English, who rule 400 million Indians with a total of 250,000 men, of whom the Wehrmacht has about 50,000. This area should always be dependent on German rulers. Nothing would be more wrong than to want to educate the masses. We only have an interest in the people learning to distinguish, say, the road signs; they are illiterate now and they should remain so. But they must be able to live well; that is our own interest." (July 27, 1941, in Monologe im Führerhauptquartier 1941–1944: Die Aufzeichnungen Heinrich Heims, ed. Werner Jochmann)

Ukrainians who larp as Natsocs are severely deluded about history.

> "Hitler had remarked in the summer of 1942 that the Ukraine ought to be Germanized within twenty years ; and Koch had approvingly spread the good word. When Himmler, on a visit to the Führer’s headquarters at Vinnitsa, echoed the thought by commenting that the partisans were menacing the Volksdeutsche and that there ought to be ‘ only German spoken here’, his anxious aides interpreted this as an order to Germanize the area — specifically, the ethnic German settlement of Hegewald, near Himmler’s field headquarters. In mid-August 1942, Himmler actually sanctioned a ‘ consolidation’ of German villages there after the harvest was in; 10,000 ethnic Germans were to be moved into the Hegewald district, where the settlers (unlike the rest of the population) were to receive land in private ownership. Indeed, in November 1942 the first seven villages were cleared of their Ukrainian inhabitants, and ethnic Germans from Volhynia were moved in."

If Hitler wanted to "save Europe from Communism" and that motivated Barbarossa then why did he sign the Molotov-Ribbentrop pact which gave Stalin the green light to invade the Baltics and half of Poland and communize them? Saving by spreading? Poland was an anti-communist state but he helped Stalin gobble up half of it in that deal. And how can someone who is a socialist and implemented a highly socialized economic system save countries from an economic system that he admired and implemented in his own country? Saving you from communism with socialism? That's like saving you from Islam with Judaism.
