Hitler makes it clear he has little use for private property unless it serves the state's goals.

This is the same thing as expropriation without calling it such on paper. Profits capped and then taxed away or forced to be invested in what the state wants it invested in (in this case rearmament industries).

National Socialism is Marxism with a Germanic racial and national twist.
The goal of both is to abolish market economics and implement socialist state controls on all human and economic activity. Classes to be slowly phased out and a levelized "national community" with no economic stratification. Disobedience met with death or imprisonment.
