Nazi Germany sent weapons to Ethiopian rebels to help them repel Mussolini's Italian troops.
This "prolonged the war and sapped Italian resources".
It's amazing that a few years later Mussolini fully cucked to Hitler despite Hitler undermining him in Ethiopia. Mussolini was a bottom bitch weakling larping as a "strongman".

New York Times report on how Joachim von Ribbentrop and his wife left the Protestant Church and a Nazi leader in Oldenburg Province "had ordered crucifixes and Christian pictures removed from schoolrooms." They also shut down some Catholic churches in Austria.
This makes perfect sense. Nazism viewed Christianity as a competitor for the hearts and minds of Germans and a different worldview to National Socialism, which was rooted in Pagan blood and ancestor worship. They increasingly viewed Christianity as a threat to the hegemony of the Party and its worldview.
"Christian Nazis" are an oxymoron. They just don't read the sources beyond performative propaganda from party leaders.
