Any way of listening music at 320kbs in the web browser?

I've tried Spotify and Deezer but both just stream at 128kbs. I do have deezer and spotify modded in android but I wanted to listen to music with quality at work in the web browser.
Also YT is not an option.

Program to mount an image?

Up top I did search the megathread and the wiki. Ive also done some google searches but since Im not exactly sure what the software does beside help me install games its not really helping. I got a new pc and I need to be able to mount an image. I think thats what its called.

I also donate when I can. So while Im not tech savvy I am one of the good ones. If someone can lead me towards the program I need Ill apperciate it. The one I had on my other PC was power something. scdl - major overhaul, more features, no more FFmpeg!

Spent a couple days getting rid of FFmpeg and curl as well as eliminating bugs. Downloads of both private tracks and private playlists should now work in full quality. It's now considerably faster and can easily fully saturate a 100MBit/s connection. You can now also download a user's tracks and a user's likes. Examples on how to do that can be found in the README.

For those of you who are not familiar with what this does, I'll let my first post from a couple months ago explain:

> Usually, SoundCloud only offers the low-quality 128kbps MP3 files, but with this you can also download the better-sounding 256kbps M4A files, which are only available to SoundCloud Go Plus subscribers (and basically the same quality as 320kbps MP3s).

> No need to log in, just give it a link and let the script do its thing :)

Why am I not able to download this torrent?

It's been at 0% for over a month. I haven't been paying attention to it for all that time, but a week ago I wrote down the number of seeds and peers (I'm on utorrent 2.2.1), and it was at 2(1) seeds and 0(6) peers in the main window, and in the Transfer window under the General tab when the torrent is selected, it said "Seeds: 2 of 0 connected (1 in swarm)" and "Peers: 0 of 7 connected (5 in swarm)". Every time I've checked since then, the numbers have been basically the same.

Why is it not downloading? Seems like there's no lack of seeding, and I'm able to download other torrents just fine.

[QUESTION] Quality difference in public vs private trackers?

Since owning a 4k TV, I recently started getting a taste for downloading higher quality movie encodes. I mainly look around for 1080p rips with a relatively high-bitrate (say, in the 9-15GB range) or 4k rips (in the 15-35GB range). Currently, I am only using public trackers, mostly relying on RARBG. For instance, when looking for a good 4k encode of Interstellar, this one looks promising:

It seems that most of the time, the release groups I encounter on RARBG is either TERMiNAL or IAMABLE when looking for 4k movies. What I was wondering is how the quality of these encodes compares to the internal encodes found on private trackers. While I am not on any private tracker, my understanding is that these communities tend to offer a lot of high-quality encodes from different release groups. What I am really asking: does it make sense to pursue getting into private trackers for HD movies in order to get better quality encodes, or is the stuff you find on public trackers (assuming you find a properly seeded encode of the file size you are looking for) similar in terms of quality?

RPCS3 is setup.
Have Dead Space pkg installed. Got Rap file from PSNDL.net dropped in dev_hdd0>home>0000001>exdata

Emulator still says I’m missing the RAP file.

Any solutions?
