Pirated Mac software vs Windows software

Ive been using cracked software for PC for decades and like to think I know how to be mostly safe. I tend to use keygens and serials where possible and minimise the use of cracks. When I DO have to use cracks, I always get them from "respectable and trustable" sources. I know of the limitations and pitfalls (often not being able to get updates, or allow internet access etc).

However, I'm going to be getting a MacBook soon and I have NO idea how it all works with MacOS. From what I can see, virtually ALL pirated Mac software seems to be pre-cracked (something I usually avoided on PC).

So basically my questions are:

1. Do the usual limitatations of cracked PC software also apply to Mac software (no automatic updates etc)

2. Is there a reason that most of the stuff is pre-cracked and not supplied with keygens or serials?

3. Is there a decent source for Mac software?

Looking for a torrent site.

I recently installed uTorrent on my tablet and a search took me to this one site that I don't remember the name of.

All I remember is that it was grey in colour with blue d/l boxes. I was on DuckDuckGo browser so no history to search though. Any ideas?

BSoD while Torrenting

Pretty self explanitory, I get the KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE whenever I torrent. I have tried both qbittorrent and Tixati and both resulted in a BSoD. I have tried the storage disagnostic tool and everything came back fine from that.

Looking for a giant (compressed) movie pack, torrent

Looking for a giant movie pack torrent to act as a 'base' for my plex server. Would ideally live a 720 x265 pack that is just crammed with a TON of movies, but not giant files for each movie.

I've already downloaded things like the top IMDB 500 pack, some 'specific' movie packs (e.g. Christmas, 80s, certain actors). But don't know if there are any HUGE general / popular movie packs out there (tried all my private trackers with no luck).

Anyone seen anything like this?

Anyway to have Spotify on Android when it's not available in my country?

I created an account using VPN on PC. But I can use Spotify in my browser without using any VPN since logging in.

However, on my android device I get a prompt every 14 days on Spotify app saying "You can't use Spotify Abroad for more than 14 days". Then I have to download a VPN and login using that.

I wanted to know if there is a permanent way to use Spotify on my phone without having to use a VPN every 14 days.

If files from a Mega account get taken down due to copyright, will those copyrighted files I also imported to my Mega drive go down along with it?

E.g. say I find a megalink with a bunch of episodes of a TV and import some files to my mega account. Those files from that original megalink I imported from get copyright claimed. Does mega then also automatically pull the copyrighted files I imported?

How to hide which torrents I'm downloading?

Hi everybody,

I'd like to ask you for some advice on torrenting. I'm currently downloading with Deluge running on a Raspberry Pi 3. I've configured Deluge to use a proxy, and pointed it to a NordVPN server using SOCKS5 and enabled encryption in Deluge.

However, when I check iknowwhatyoudownload.com I still see every torrent I've downloaded. How can I fix this? I'm not keen on using a VPN because I've already got a VPN connection running so I can connect to my Raspberry Pi through wireguard with my phone (it functions as a NAS and has pihole running too). I've tried using the NordVPN app but as soon as I connect that I can no longer connect with wireguard anymore.

Where can you download German movies?

Im looking for a site where you can download movies and maybe thus get better quality. I've once was on fitgirl and saw that there were english movies in Blu-Ray quality which is amazing!

Would be amazing if there was a website like this that also has German versions. (I know that fitgirl also does have different languages but I believe there aren't as many non-english movies for download).

Screen-rip (record) / screen cast DRM content on which resolution / device?

Hey, if one where to screen-rip / screen-cast DRM content, on which device or resolution should you do that?

Suppose you have a phone with some weird 2440x1440p resolution and a desktop with wide udh (2560x or 3440x) 1440p resolution.

You'll only watch the content on your phone (horizontally obviously)

Should you record the DRM content on your desktop in order to capture maybe even better sound or resolution or just record it on your phone?

What's going on with CamshowhubTo?

Last I heard the site was having paging issues, and they said it would be fixed in the next couple of days, now the entire subreddit is private, the account /u/CamShowHubTo has nuked their account and the website redirects to stripchat / other porn websites.

Looks like they've scammed everyone and now they're redirecting traffic before their final goodbye. Shame for everyone who had hundreds of dollars worth of balance.

Has there been a reliable version of IDM since the resetter stopped working ?

I've been looking everywhere for solutions for the constant fake serial number pop-ups, but it seems IDM really fucks up with your registry. No matter how many registry entries I delete, I keep getting the messages when I reinstall. Some people suggest downloading IDM from crackingpatching, while others say they got viruses and ransomware by downloading it from them. It doesn't seem like there is a reliable website to download it from, and every one i found has viruses, or at least that's what VirusTotal tells me.
