Is there any alternative to Spotify[dot]ac? I had an account with them but it stopped working. Now I read on their website that "We are researching a fix for the security updates released by Spotify. Please do NOT make any purchases in the time being."

I'm not particularly keen on buying from eBay.

Torrents for Linux native and borked wine games

Hello.

I'm uploading games specifically for Linux on 1337x, about 120 of them until now.

Most of them are native and are updated regularly if they receive updates.

The others are problematic games that don't work with Wine out of the box, so I upload them patched to work without problems.

We also have a room on Matrix where we offer technical support, and we discuss about crack compatibility or everyday stuff. If you are interested, come and say hello. We have a 100% growing rate since yesterday we were 3 and now we're 6!

Universal Bypass No Longer Bypasses Linkvertise

When I was trying to bypass Linkveritise with Universal Bypass, I get [this message](https://imgur.com/a/Kdv9YPX) on the page instead of [this one I usually get](https://imgur.com/a/EQX2WwI). Someone on YouTube has also [confirmed this](https://imgur.com/a/ZogshAu). This is really unfortunate as Universal Bypass is a great way to get around link shorteners. I have already emailed them and will get more information to you guys soon.

Do games ever "release early" on PC?

Recently the new SpongeBob game got out early for then Nintendo Switch and now anyone with a CFW (a modded switch) can download it and play it

Does this ever happen on PC? Could I expect a torrent of it at all or am I definitely stuck waiting till release? I would love to play this game early for the weekend but it's whatever if I have to wait

Problems With Tixati

Whenever I open up Tixati I get a BSoD after a few minutes (maybe 5-10). It is the SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE error, but I only get it while using Tixati... I could just get another software but I really like Tixati and if possible I want to keep using it, any tips for what to try?

Best way to share paid video lessons with my university classmates?

My uni owns a forum that we can upload notes etc. But the filesize must be lower than 15mb.


I have in my possession paid video lessons for a class over 1,7 gb. What's the best way to share it? Is there a dedicated tracker for these types of files?

Pirating a licensed software...

Ahoy pirates! I have a question regarding pirating licensed software. I actually need a software for educational purposes and the software I discovered is a paid one and licensed one. It's the best among the rest. I have found tutorials on youtube on how to install that software and they gave us a license code to activate the software's license. I tried to look up the files and its on google drive. The website providing the "cracked" software is secured according to Google. Is it safe to download and pirate it even though they gave us a license code that works? Can I get detected? Should I turn off my internet when using it or what? Simply, what precautionary measures should I do when I install it? Thanks and stay safe!

Free Trials are not actually FREE (Hulu and CBS all access)

I just joined Hulu (first time) and since I am not sure whether I will continue after the free month. I cancelled auto payment (my subscription) which is the only way to remove your card and avoid being charged after you use the free month. Guess what happened? They cancelled the free trial. I tried to reactivate account but they requested to charge me. The so-called free trial is gone. The same exact thing happened with CBS. Why do they even call it free trial if the card must not be removed?

How come the download doesn't "catch" for some things that have hundreds of seeders, but will immediately start for some that have less seeders?

Inserted one with 600 seeders and under 200 leechers, but it still hasn't started. Meanwhile something else that had way less of both started immediately and is already done.

So yeah, how come even when it has hundreds of seeders they sometimes don't start for a long time, if at all?
