How this subreddit changed my life and my political views

Back in late 2017 I discovered this subreddit. I had just gotten into proper piracy as I simply wanted to get alot of stuff my parents wouldn't pay for for free (also, there is the whole technical side of piracy which is mega cool). At first I was afraid, feeling like I was doing something "scary". Then I started reading pro-piracy stuff posted to this subreddit and had an "aha" moment where I realized that not everything banned by the government is bad and that I wasn't a bad person for disagreeing with authorities. After a bit of a pause, I started to question other laws and ideologies. Fast forward to spring 2019 and I learned about libertarianism and realized that I had finally found a group which I mostly agree with. I started to throw away many of my old government-centric beliefs that were imposed on me when i was a kid by my parents and school. I realized that many of the restrictions considered to be normal were in fact directly treading on my personal freedoms and everything the constitution stands for, and also favored other control-oriented organizations like Big Tech. By fall of 2019 I became a full fledged libertarian and learned alot about politics. When it comes to intellectual property, the last beliefs I gave up were ones pertaining to patents and trademarks (if you see an old comment saying I support those, that is me merely hiding my self when I was feeling paranoid). Anyways, what ended up happening was that I started to become more and more vocal online about my pro-freedom and pro-piracy beliefs. This of course, while attracting alot of nice people, also got me badly bullied. But you know, the haters can go to hell. At present, I am gaining popularity slowly but surely on Twitter, have three published political articles about various topics (2 of them are about technocracy, one in which I even bashed the DMCA for being anti free speech), and am a proud freedom fighter. I've decided to not shut up and fear that I will be punished for my opinions anymore. I've lost many friends over politics, pro-piracy stuff included, but I don't care and always stay with people who either support me or do not care about my political beliefs. Heck, I even have the courage to occasionally torrent stuff on a campus that has a cybersecurity department that does secret stuff for the CIA (of course I have never been caught due to my excellent VPN).

I will forever fight for my freedoms, digital freedoms included, no matter what the cost and no matter what the opposition does to me. I will not stand some dictator in Hollywood and Washington DC telling me what I can and cannot do on the internet or in real life as long as I am not treading on anyone else's human rights and personal liberties. Haters do not bother me as I am already used to being hated for being a geek and non-conformist.

Doom Eternal Savegames

Hello People
I've downloaded the DRM-free version of Doom Eternal on day 1 and it worked like a charm,but today i've accidentally deleted all it's files(long story).
Now before i deleted it i was at the Urdak mission.
Before reinstalling it i want to ask one question.
The drm free version asked me to login into my Bethesda account which i did, is there any way if i download the drm version again and login into my Bethesda account my saves would be backuped or do i have to search the internet for a save game and install it manually?

Are there any sources or sites if cracks or keygens for certain programms work, not inherit a virus or anything?

Particulary im lookin into crackin the latest 10.5 release of a well know, DAW, since i have some freetime rn but can't really spend money rn due to the situtations.. But it's unlocking process requires a dongle so im sceptical if the cracks i can find online really work or if they are just some sort of malware...

creating chpaters manually

Hello,

First i don't know if this is the right sub-reddit - if not could you please re-direct me?

After the international release of Disney+ I've downloaded some tv shows (2160p) but only in english langauge and now they're available in my native language so i downloaded the german version of it too. Unfortunate i only found a 720p of said tv show. Therefore i wanted to extract the german audio from the 720p file and put it into the 2160p file from the international release.

The only problem i have is that the 2160p video has the Disney+ Intro but my audio file does not have it. So i wanted to cut (all through mkvtoolnix) the Intro out of the video but i ran into problems finding the right moment (better said the the exact transition between the intro and the tv episode).
I know i could just approximate but i'm a perfectionist and i like it to be as good as possible.

Therefore i was hoping someone could help me in finding a filter or something else to detect when the Disney+ Intro fades to black. I would like to have a really precise time (three-digit milliseconds) to later cut the video in two files with mkvtoolnix. Would be great if someone could help me.

Qbit problems/ configuration settings

At the bottom status bar I see a warning symbol and when I hover over it it says “no direct connections, may indicate configuration problems”

I have trouble connecting to seeders, even on files with more than 500 seeders. I can connect to around 20 max. This is hurting my speeds.

How can I properly configure the settings?
