Музей хоккея появится в Петербурге
В экспозиции — около 6500 спортивных артефактов: клюшки, шайбы, форма, призы, вымпелы, связанные с отечественной историей хоккея и легендарными матчами.

Музей хоккея будет частным. Расположится под крышей торгово-выставочного комплекса «Гарден Сити» на Лахтинском проспекте.
На площади в 10 000 квадратных метров выставят около 6500 экспонатов — клюшки, шайбы, амуницию, призы, вымпелы, связанные с отечественной историей хоккея: с Харламовым, Петровым, Михайловым, легендарными матчами Россия — Канада, передаёт РБК.
Также создатели планируют устроить музей на территории комплекса восковых фигур и сделают экспозицию интерактивной.
Для посещения часть музея откроют к середине года. Полностью экспозиция станет доступной в конце 2018-го.
Тем временем Федерация хоккея России намерена предложить Северную столицу в качестве претендента на проведение чемпионата мира по хоккею в 2024 году. Петербург уже не раз принимал мировое первенство. В последний раз матчи ЧМ проходили в городе на Неве в 2016 году.
