~2min bites C# courses that keep you sharp on code reviews
https://www.reddit.com/r/programming/comments/1wjjqc7/2min_bites_c_courses_that_keep_you_sharp_on_code/
<!-- SC_OFF -->Lately, I've felt the desire to share more of what I've learned. And I must say, teaching is a skill that's much harder to develop than I expected... I'm experimenting with this series of C# mini-challenge / mini-courses, trying to create bite-sized capsules based on code review and debugging skills that will teach something about C#. Sometimes serious, sometimes edgy, or even using funny contexts. There is a full playlist of it as I publish a new one every week. Would love to get your feedbacks on the latest one. Thanks for reading. <!-- SC_ON --> submitted by /u/Coding-Mojo (https://www.reddit.com/user/Coding-Mojo)

Conway's Law and Programming Languages
https://www.reddit.com/r/programming/comments/1wjl4rq/conways_law_and_programming_languages/
<!-- SC_OFF --> I was intrigued by Casey's comments (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jHLbL1Eg4gM&t=4799s) on Conway's Law, and reading the original paper, Conway was mapping the relationship between information flow among designers and system structure. The paper argues that interfaces (APIs, documentation, etc.) form where communication has to cross boundaries between humans or teams, so taken as a whole, interfaces in a program mirror the communication graph among the programmers, and as a consequence, products reflect the org chart. When I try to apply the same model to agents, I don't think it maps cleanly even if the underlying analysis is sound, because agents don't operate the same way humans do. Agents communicate at a much higher speed than humans, but have no project-specific shared prior with the user, because while human memory accumulates across time, an agent's context window is a fixed space with a token budget that resets each session. Once training is completed, agents can only learn about their environment through tool calls and what's loaded into the context window. <!-- SC_ON --> submitted by /u/Shadowys (https://www.reddit.com/user/Shadowys)

Microservices are organizational debt disguised as architecture.
https://www.reddit.com/r/programming/comments/1wq8nbw/microservices_are_organizational_debt_disguised/
<!-- SC_OFF -->Every time I’ve seen microservices pitched, it sounds great on paper. Independent teams, clean ownership, scale only what you need. Then a year later you’ve got dozens of services, three different deployment patterns, tracing everywhere, and nobody really understands the whole thing anymore. Maybe I’ve just seen bad implementations, but I’m starting to think way fewer companies actually need microservices than we pretend. <!-- SC_ON --> submitted by /u/Mustela__ (https://www.reddit.com/user/Mustela__)
