I am still out of a job while I had previously worked as a software developer at a governmental institution and had also worked as a Software dev at an e-commerce startup for many years. Live coding interviews I am unable to do for some reason. I know many people have some disability like ADHD or Schizophrenia and simply freeze up when being asked to code live in front of an audience. I want to help anyone who feels discriminated against these live coding sessions and would like an alternative way of proving ability.
