I would do it an unhealthy amount, to the point where I didn’t even wanna be on my phone, but there I was for hours. My cleanse (30 days) will soon be over, and I am very excited to get back into the parts of instagram I loved, posting on my story and seeing what my friends on campus are doing. I’m scared I’ll fall right back into my addiction to reels.
