Doogee repeatedly violates the GPLv2 license

I recently wanted to create a nethunter kernel for the doogee s61pro but I couldn't find it anywhere kernel sorce so I wrote to doogee support and got some sfuf like "Sorry to bother you, we can't provide the source code and don't support rooted devices, please understand!" so if I understand correctly they decided to violate the GPLv2 license and refuse to post kernel source freelly so if anyone has the same problem write here.
Thanks...

OnePlus limits 8 Elite to 6 cores in browsers

On my OnePlus 13s Chrome/Firefox/Brave detect 6-cores and get ~17 in Speedometer 3.1 (8G3 level)

The 8 Elite afaik should expose 8 cores and get more than 18 in Speedometer

Could someone with an 8 Elite OnePlus phone confirm if this is reproducible?...
