Considering switching "back" to Android after years on IOS.

Hi,
So I have been thinking a bit about maybe going back to Android.
My family and I are "deep" into the apple eco system, since we use "findmy" & "screentime" settings etc. Especially since I have kids that soon will get their first phones to. I will still be using mac for my main working machine, and also use linux for my private pc.

Cheap phones with great cameras in 2025. Thoughts?

Hi all,
I’m planning to upgrade to a new phone mainly for photography. I don’t want to spend a fortune, but I’d love something that can consistently take nice photos, even in tricky lighting.

I stumbled on the Alcatel V3 Ultra 5G. Looks interesting spec-wise, but I’m more interested in the actual photo output and ease of use. Any suggestions based on real experience would be awesome!...

Doogee repeatedly violates the GPLv2 license

I recently wanted to create a nethunter kernel for the doogee s61pro but I couldn't find it anywhere kernel sorce so I wrote to doogee support and got some sfuf like "Sorry to bother you, we can't provide the source code and don't support rooted devices, please understand!" so if I understand correctly they decided to violate the GPLv2 license and refuse to post kernel source freelly so if anyone has the same problem write here.
Thanks...

For example writing "Social" nothing comes up when I'm expecting apps like Facebook or Instagram as a result.

Or a case that affects me:
I have a map app called "swisstopo", I mainly use the desktop website that is map.geo.admin.ch so on my ...
