A unique idea regarding lack of 3.5mm jacks in modern smartphones

I have a unique idea, and hope this invention makes it into modern smartphones.

Every phone has speaker grills. What if we put gold contact points in the grills, and make a plastic 3.5mm jack contraption that can snap right into the grill(horizontally). Now, plug any headphones into the contraption.

Yes, it can easily break off/lost like earpods, but still it's better than no jack at all, and doesn't take any internal space in the phone as well. The jack contraption that can also be sold sepa...

Android 11 Beta- Customizing font, menu icon style, menu icon colors, and app icon shapes. Looks like different clock options will be added in the future. Recorded on native screen recorder.

Long press on the home screen and tap 'Styles & wallpapers' to get to the usual wallpaper menu. The bottom of the screen now has three options: style, clock, and wallpaper. The wallpaper menu seems to be unchanged, and the clock menu only has the default option (so far). Here's a video of the style menu that allows you to theme your device with a few presets or customized setups that you can save:

Feeling cheated with OnePlus 8 Pro camera reviews

Hey,

I posted a similar topic on OnePlus subreddit but I think here it may reach more people. Basically, I got the OnePlus 8 Pro yesterday and took some photos of my dog. Results were pretty bad. Images seem overprocessed as hell and colors are oversaturated. I posted an imgur album that shows this. Look at his hair and grass in the distance on the ultrawide photos, they are smudgy and blended together.

[AMA] I'm one of the original founders of the "frank" phone, AMA

If any of you guys remember the failed frank phone from 2017 that was met with a lot of controversies, well I'm the original founder. It was a tiny blip in the tech community and didn't end up getting to production. Ask me anything, and I'll answer with full honesty....

Android 11: Another step backwards for multitasking

The ability to multitask has been Android's biggest strengths since the beginning, something that took years for iPhones to even have. However, Google has been making questionable choices in recent releases, beginning with the switch from a vertical to a horizontal multitasking carousel. The then traditional vertical cards allowed the user to see several recent apps at once, which made it easy to pick out the one in need. The newer horizontal layout barely shows the next app, and requires one to...
