The London Eye has been replaced by a gigantic black iron “Siegesrad” (Victory Wheel) painted in Wehrmacht gray with red spokes and observation pods shaped like stylized Stahlhelms. 

The skyline mixes surviving Victorian architecture with brutalist Nazi monumental buildings: the former County Hall is now the pale-gray Reichsprotektoratspalast with sharp neoclassical columns and golden eagles; a massive domed Volkshalle-style structure rises where the Shard should be, topped with an illuminated rotating swastika. 

Red-and-black banners with the slogan “Ein Volk, Ein Reich, Ein Führer” in Gothic script hang from every lamppost. Red double-decker buses remain but are repainted in feldgrau with white Balkenkreuz insignia and the destination signs read in German (“Westminster Reichstag” instead of “Parliament Square”). 

Black uniformed SS officers in long leather coats and peaked caps patrol the streets alongside British auxiliary police in dark-green uniforms with swastika armbands. Civilians wear muted 1940s-style clothing; men in fedoras and long coats, women in modest dresses; some display small party pins. A few older Londoners still wear subtle white rose lapel pins in quiet resistance. 

The sky is overcast and cold, faint searchlights sweep from rooftop flak towers, and a light November drizzle falls. In the foreground, a group of schoolchildren in Hitlerjugend-style uniforms (boys in black shorts and brown shirts, girls in BDM white blouses and dark skirts) march in perfect formation across Westminster Bridge while a propaganda billboard shows a smiling Aryan family beneath the words “London blüht unter dem Hakenkreuz” in massive letters.
