πIt's about the ressurection
π1 Corinthians 15:20
But now Christ is risen from the dead, and has become the firstfruits of those who have fallen asleep.
Reading 1 Corinthians 15 from verse 1 you will see that Paul was talking about 2 things. He was reasoning between two things saying that if Christ was raised from the dead then there is hope in Christianity and if He wasn't then there isn't. He is showing us that Christianity hinges on the ressurection of Christ and not His death. His death brought the forgiveness of sins but His ressurection gave life and therefore bringing the birth of Christianity. So Christianity is all about the new life. The life that the ressurection of Christ gives. That life is the eternal life. It's more than just endless living. It's the life of God that enables you to reign and be far above the limits of this world. That is the life that you have. Start exercising it

He was reasoning between two things saying that if Christ was raised from the dead then there is hope in Christianity and if He wasn't then there isn't. *π2 Corinthians 6:14*
*Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?*
There are reasons why the Bible advises us not to be unequally yoked. Because God always says something with a valid reason and also because He wants to protect us. So going against His command will not do you any good. In the end you will finally realise that God was right when He said be not unequally yoked.
What does it mean to be unequally yoked? It means to have a relationship, whether friendship or marriage relationship with an unbeliver. It's having a relationship with a person who isn't like you in nature. What do I mean nature, He says, *_"what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness?_* So righteousness and unrighteousness can't be together. It's like light and darkness. They can't co-exist. When unequally yoked people have a relationship it will only bring hurt to the other. Your desires are never the same and so are your goals.
A relationship isn't only based about worldy things. 'Oh I like football and he does too', that won't help. To be in a good and perfect relationship you have to both have the same natures and spiritual understanding. If you do then your relationship will be a good relationship. It doesn't matter the *' good morals'* a person might have or been taught. As long as he/she isn't a Christian God says don't be in a relationship with them. See when making friends or anything you have to know if that person has the same spiritual perspective as you do. If you have a wordly friend for example then there isn't a single day when he/she will ever tell you to go to Church. So such a person will only be toxic.
My most favorite example in the Bible is the friendship of David and Jonathan. I think that it's the best ever friendship in the whole Bible. The Bible shows us that they connected spiritually. They had the same spiritual understanding. The Bible says, *_1 Samuel 18:1 Now when he had finished speaking to Saul, the soul of Jonathan was knit to the soul of David, and Jonathan loved him as his own soul._*. So Jonathan and David had the same spiritual understanding, they both loved God. So their friendship was a perfect one. It's not because they both loved to fight in the battle or anything. But because they loved God and their friendship had a solid foundation. See, these are what we call godly relationships. The equally yoked relationships you ought to have.

π Equally yoked
*π2 Corinthians 6:14*

*Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us: we implore you on Christβs behalf, be reconciled to God.*
The Bibles calls us co-workers with Christ in Ephesians. It means we are *joint-partners* with God in saving men. So that is what a Christian is. Christianity is not about you but about God's plan and desire to save men. When you became a Christian it was like saying, *_"Thank you Lord for dying for me. I acknowledge it and am grateful. Now I also want to partner with you to save men."_* You become an ambassador of reconciliation. That is the business that God brings you in when you become a Christian. So you have to mind that. Don't be selfish. Thinking only about your dreams, put God's dream first. Some never care about this desire that God has to save men yet that is what we have to do. Spread the gospel. It is the reason why we are here, so do it.

πHebrews 11:3 Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.
It says the things which are seen were not made of things which do appear. In other words, what we see came from what is unseen. This shows as Christians how we should view things. It means what you see as a Christian shouldn't be influenced from the things which do appear, but from that which is unseen. Simply put, your perspective shouldn't be from the visible realm. This is because the Word has said it, what made the visible is what is beyond the visible. So if you wanna stay ahead in life, you gotta see things from that perspective as well. It's a perspective you should be operating from.
You see the physical is a result of the Spiritual. So if you live from the perspective of the physical, you will always be behind and always responding to situations and never really in charge. That way you will always be defeated. I like how it says the things which are seen were not made of things which appear. Meaning the source of things we see is the realm which is unseen by the physical eyes. So if you live from that perspective as well, the Spiritual perspective, then you have an opportunity to be a creator. This is because the Spiritual perspective, is where the physical is created. So if you live from the Spiritual perspective, you can create what you want to see in the physical

In our theme scripture we are told what God is doing in the last days. Finishing His work and cutting it short in righteousness. That means doing all that is supposed to be done in a short space of time. The Rapture is very imminent because God has begun doing this. Don't underestimate what God can do through you. He can do a lot through you because we are in the last days. He is just seeking people who are willing. The *able* part comes from Him. By the speed and power of the Holy Ghost the Church is going to accomplish a lot, because the Lord will make a short work upon the earth and you need to be part of this. So start doing you work of soul winning.

All Cornelius needed for salvation were words. Not money, or to fast hard, or give even more. But just words. You see the Word of God is all you need, in it there is healing, financial success, etc. In His Word is the breakthrough you have been looking for. So grow in knowledge of the Word, and you will experience growth in every area of your life. Now to think that just to hear the Word of God, Cornelius had to go and fetch Peter. It goes to show how blessed we are because we have the full Bible, the Word of God at our disposal. Packed with life changing Words, it's a very great blessing and we must take full advantage of it and live glorious lives.

*πTitus 1:2 In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began*
Our faith is a result of our knowledge of who God is. The Bible says, *_Romans 10:17 So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God._*. So the knowledge of the personality of God gives us faith. Knowing who you are dealing with is what gives you faith.
Abraham one day knew who God was and he testified and said, *_And Abraham called the name of that place Jehovahjireh: as it is said to this day, In the mount of the LORD it shall be seen._*(Gen 22:24). Abraham understood and said that truly *"God provides (Jehovah Jireh)"*. See, Abraham's faith-filled response was because of how much he had known God. That's why it is important for us to know who we are dealing with too. Is He a mere man?, God?. Only the Word has these answers it says, *_Isaiah 45:6 That they may know from the rising of the sun, and from the west, that there is none beside me. I am the LORD, and there is none else._* Amazing, question answered! He is God and there is none like Him. He is God and not man and the only God. Isaiah also says, *_saiah 45:5 I am the LORD, and there is none else, there is no God beside me..._*
So God is God and the only God. The Creator of Heaven and Earth. This knowledge will give you great faith in situations because you know who you are dealing with and our theme scripture says He doesn't lie. Which means He doesn't change, always the same. So you can rely on Him. There is one centurion in the Bible who acted out of his knowledge about Jesus and was praised for it. The centurion had a servant who was dear to him and was about to die. He went and beseeched Jesus to heal him and Jesus said I'm coming. The centurion then responded, *_Matthew 8:8-10 The centurion answered and said, Lord, I am not worthy that thou shouldest come under my roof: but speak the word only, and my servant shall be healed. For I am a man under authority, having soldiers under me: and I say to this man, Go, and he goeth; and to another, Come, and he cometh; and to my servant, Do this, and he doeth it. When Jesus heard it, he marvelled, and said to them that followed, Verily I say unto you, I have not found so great faith, no, not in Israel._*
Wow!!! Amazing right. The centurion knew who He was dealing with. He knew that His word had power so he said, *"speak the Word only"*. These are the results of the knowledge of the personality of God! Know Him more!!! Grow in the knowledge of God.

πMessage Title: The knowledge of God

*_πMatthew 15:33 His disciples said, βThis place is like a desert. Where can we find enough food to feed such a crowd?β_*
You see the disciples in other words were saying, even if we wanted to feed them, we are in a desert and there is nowhere we can get food, so Lord we have no choice but to send them away. But you see, the disciples had no idea who they were dealing. God isn't stopped because something is missing. Nooo,! You see He is the Creator. He created everything. Had the disciples understood this, they would have known that JESUS was going to create the food. You see, God is all powerful. He cannot be limited by anything. He says in Mark 9:23, that all things are possible to him that believeth. So when He tells you that you are going to be President, don't think "but LORD I don't have this and that". Just say *YES SIR* and watch Him do His thing.

*The LORD has done what he purposed; he has carried out his word, which he commanded long ago; he has thrown down without pity; he has made the enemy rejoice over you and exalted the might of your foes. (ESV)*
When God purposes something then no one can stop Him and It from happening. When God wills to do something then He definitely does it! The plans of God can never be stopped by anything.
Jesus before His death publicly spake that surely in the third day He would be raised from the dead. The Pharisees and the Elders thought that by sealing His grave they might stop it from happening. They thought that by putting guards and by rolling a heavy Stone on His tomb then surely He wasn't going to. Well, He did! It didn't matter if they had put more reinforcements or anything Jesus was still going to rise from the dead. The amazing thing is that God did not stop them from doing all their, *"let's make sure He doesn't rise"* work. No He let them. What God did was make sure that on the third day I just raise my Son. Oh hallelujah!!!
You know there are some people who think that they can stop you from treading on you heights this year. There are some demons that think they can pull some strings to pull you down. They think that if they make you to be fired from work, close some doors for you then you won't tread on your heights. Well, they are wrong. Don't worry about them. Don't stress about what they have done, just concentrate on what God is about to do! On God's calendar this year God has put an appointment with a reminder to make you tread on your heights! So when that day comes, it don't matter the opposition, the barriers you will!!! It's like in the case of Jesus. Just because the third day had come, it had to happen!.
So when men think that they can push you down or disadvantage you. Just tell them that they are so wrong! Give then the Jesus reply, *_"You don't know the scriptures nor the power of God"_*. Because God does what He purposes! And for you, you will tread on your heights this year!!!

David says I will praise the Lord at all times and His praise shall continually be on my lips. He really means 24/7, Always. It's not just a statement. See, that ought to be your life too. The God whom we serve is too good. No matter what you are facing always praise God! Let not your praise be supplanted by complains and being ungrateful! Always praise God. Never allow complaining to come out of your mouth. There are like a virus that come to crush the praise that should be in your mouth. It doesn't suit you and won't show how good God has been to you. So praise God *always*.

*πExodus 6:1*
*Then the LORD said unto Moses, Now shalt thou see what I will do to Pharaoh: for with a strong hand shall he let them go, and with a strong hand shall he drive them out of his land.*
God told us the character of our adversary, the devil there in Exodus. He said that it was only by a strong hand that Pharaoh would let the Israelites go. The devil is like that. He is very rebellious and pompous. So it's only by a strong hand that he lets go!
That is what we need to be conscious of as Christians when we face difficulties and challenges. Just because you prayed doesn't mean that the devil will let go. Jesus said that you ought to pray always and not faint. So a one time thing may not sort it out. Because you need a strong hand for the devil to let go, and that can only be achieved by continuous prayer. The Bible says, *_AMPC James 5:16...The earnest (heartfelt, continued) prayer of a righteous man makes tremendous power available [dynamic in its working]._* So you need to pray continuously for an effective prayer. And assuredly the devil will let go!
Sometimes as you pray against a certain situation things may seem as if they are getting worse. When Moses and Aaron went and confronted Pharaoh to let the children of Israel go things got even worse for the Israelites. *_βYou shall no longer give the people straw to make brick as before. Let them go and gather straw for themselves._*(Exodus 5:7). So now they had to go and gather straw by themselves. Their taskmasters got even more harsh on them. Things got hard and the officers of Israel went and complained to Pharaoh but he didn't change his mind. They then complained to Moses. Moses was confused and went to ask God why things went from bad to worse when it was supposed to be a smooth rescue.
God then answered this to Moses, *_Exodus 6:1 Then the Lord said to Moses, βNow you shall see what I will do to Pharaoh. For with a strong hand he will let them go, and with a strong hand he will drive them out of his land.β_* So like Moses, when things don't smoothly go as you anticipated don't give up. Never give up, never faint, but always pray. Know that one day by a strong hand the devil will let go.

God told us the character of our adversary, the devil there in Exodus. He said that it was only by a strong hand that Pharaoh would let the Israelites go. The devil is like that. He is very rebellious and pompous. So it's only by a strong hand that he lets go!
That is what we need to be conscious of as Christians when we face difficulties and challenges. Just because you prayed doesn't mean that the devil will let go. Jesus said that you ought to pray always and not faint. So a one time thing may not sort it out. Because you need a strong hand for the devil to let go, and that can only be achieved by continuous prayer. The Bible says, *_AMPC James 5:16...The earnest (heartfelt, continued) prayer of a righteous man makes tremendous power available [dynamic in its working]._* So you need to pray continuously for an effective prayer. And assuredly the devil will let go!
Sometimes as you pray against a certain situation things may seem as if they are getting worse. When Moses and Aaron went and confronted Pharaoh to let the children of Israel go things got even worse for the Israelites. *_βYou shall no longer give the people straw to make brick as before. Let them go and gather straw for themselves._*(Exodus 5:7). So now they had to go and gather straw by themselves. Their taskmasters got even more harsh on them. Things got hard and the officers of Israel went and complained to Pharaoh but he didn't change his mind. They then complained to Moses. Moses was confused and went to ask God why things went from bad to worse when it was supposed to be a smooth rescue.
God then answered this to Moses, *_Exodus 6:1 Then the Lord said to Moses, βNow you shall see what I will do to Pharaoh. For with a strong hand he will let them go, and with a strong hand he will drive them out of his land.β_* So like Moses, when things don't smoothly go as you anticipated don't give up. Never give up, never faint, but always pray. Know that one day by a strong hand the devil will let go.

*_Exodus 6:1 Then the Lord said to Moses, Now you shall see what I will do to Pharaoh; for [compelled] by a strong hand he will [not only] let them go, but he will drive them out of his land with a strong hand._*
