❗️Глава МИД Арцаха Масис Маилян сообщил, какие условия необходимы для прекращения огня.
Маилян:
«Огонь должны прекратить инициаторы этой агрессии — именно Азербайджан вместе с союзником Турцией и вместе с их привлечёнными террористами. А после того, как прекращение огня будет установлено, надо перейти к диалогу. Сейчас говорить о каких-то конкретных вещах, когда говорит артиллерия, не замолкают пушки, преждевременно. Я думаю, что не должно быть никаких предварительных условий, особенно со стороны Азербайджана, для остановки боевых действий. Они как инциаторы этой войны должны одуматься, прислушаться к призывам президента России, США, Франции, призыву членов Совета безопасности ООН и других международных структур и должны остановиться. В принципе всё международное сообщество выступает за прекращение кровопролития и переходу обсуждения в мирное русло, и только Азербайджан и Турция противятся этому и они стали в этом роде странами-изгоями».

En principe, l'ensemble de la communauté internationale est favorable à la fin de l'effusion de sang et au passage de la discussion à un cours pacifique, seuls L'Azerbaïdjan et la Turquie y sont opposés et ils sont devenus des États voyous de cette manière», a déclaré Mayilyan.
