Please help me

I am Inder, a well known guy in Asus and some Realme communities. Recently I was fall ill due to which my eardrum got ruptured. In layman language it is hole in eardrum. As per doctor’s advice I am one of the luckiest guy because I am able to listen properly but doctor also said that there is no guarantee about how much time I will be luckiest, means I can loose hearing things anytime anyday. So, surgery is strongly recommended but due to lockdown neither I am that much capable nor my family is capable. I will be really glad if you guys could donate some amount from your savings.
