There was a Status Conference today in the Danchenko case, that's what the filing is about. Looks like Durham is gonna take lead on this one. Tomorrow is deadline for Defence's section 5(a) filing(s). We should start seeing more filings in this case as it builds toward trial start on 10/11/2022.

Durham didn't file to appear in court on behalf of USA in the Sussmann case.

That was Algor, Kielty and DeFillipis.

This time Durham himself files to handle the case against Danchenko.
