In April 2022, we were kicking around the idea of devolution/COG going from covert to overt due to massive election fraud revelations, decertifications, and/or investigations into the Biden administration.

I think many of us sort of set that notion, devo going from covert to overt, on the warmer element as we cooked up other ideas.

Well, here we are, thinking about that notion again.

And I'm starting to wonder if it's about to come off the warmer and onto the flame.

My current focus. Should be finished soon. https://justhuman.substack.com/
Hindsight is not always 20/20. Hindsight’s visual acuity is ever-shifting; its focus sometimes decays, sometimes sharpens, depending on context, knowledge gained over time, and our own varying biases.

To aid us in our research and understanding of the events of July 13, 2024, I have composed this presentation as a sort of vertical slide show. Something to bring the reader back to those first seven days and refresh our memory both visually and chronologically according to when the information reached the public’s bandwidth.

The idea is to scroll through it and just let it hit you again, as it did when the information was first made available.

May you find it as useful to read as I did to compose.

Some of y'all really be out here trying to convince us that Trump was shot by a giant agent man with a giant agent man outfit and giant agent man gun from a water tower. Shits wild, yo. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

He may have been an illegitimate president but he was OUR illegitimate president.

Thank you for the red pills Joe.

This.
The post mortems on the Biden Presidency have already begun.

"For better or worse, the Washington village tends to understand its own history through the prism of presidencies...

Like park rangers contemplating the rings on a tree trunk, old-timers talk about the Georgetown smart-set cosmopolitanism of the Roosevelt years or the suburban federal-contracting opulence of the Reagan presidency. Social-scene veterans detail how JFK upended the dress code, LBJ prompted hostesses to start serving barbecue, and the Clintonites turned Bombay Club into a dining hotspot. It’s not so different from the way archaeologists distinguish the paleolithic era from the mesolithic.

When it comes to the capital’s current moment, this presents a problem: Just what the heck was the Joe Biden era?

The 46th president’s admirers have spent the week crowing about how significant his single term has been for the whole country. But on the more parochial question that obsesses this particular city, few people can point to much legacy for the way the capital lives, works and plays.

...when it comes to the question of how Washington works, the true impact of [Biden's] return-to-normal vibes in 2021 and 2022 may ultimately involve stuff that didn’t happen.

In the post-Watergate eras of Ford and Carter, the aftermath of trauma led to reforms that permanently altered the way the town’s business gets done. But in the Biden era, proposals to turn shattered Beltway norms into living federal laws mostly came to naught. The GOP fought them, of course. And the Biden administration, focused on doing normal-president things like passing economic measures, had other stuff on its plate, too.

The upshot is that if Trump comes back, there will be no new restraints on his ability to force major change that could upend the way permanent Washington goes about its life. That leaves the capital, once again, looking at a presidential election in panicked, existential terms, worrying that their familiar routines may be swept away. It’s a 21st century variety of abnormal that Biden, the last 20th century statesperson in the White House, never banished."

Was the attempted assassination of former president Donald Trump earlier this month part of a secret CIA program involving brainwashed killers? That’s the claim being made by some far-right accounts on X, but the U.S. intelligence agency is taking the unusual step of directly and forcefully denying the claims.

When it was revealed in the 1970s that the CIA had tried to develop a mind-manipulation program called MKUltra, it sounded like the most absurd conspiracy theory around. Unfortunately, it turned out to be true, even if the suggestive results of the program–and potential for creating Manchurian Candidate-like killers–have been exaggerated in the subsequent decades.

But MKUltra has become quite a meme in the 2020s, with many conspiracy theorists jumping into the fray after Trump was shot at by a 20-year-old during a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania on July 13.

Dems usually dial back their rhetoric and radical policy proposals during election years in order to appear more conservative than they truly are.

Proposals that would fundamentally transform the nation, such as expanding the SCOTUS, term limits, etc, are left unadvertised.

Not this year.

#OurBoyBlue is standing by to Judas Goat the Dems into advocating for these wildly unpopular ideas.

Good.
