It’s largely the same old story: Huddleston trying to get disclosure of information on the Personal and Work Laptops, FBI trying to stop disclosure of information on the Personal and Work Laptops.
However, in their efforts to prevent disclosure, the FBI make what are either a couple of significant admissions OR false statements.
If it is the former, that is huge. If the latter, then our theories regarding Rich’s murder and its relation to the “DNC Hack” might be incorrect.

"Judge Aileen Cannon, who is overseeing Trump’s classified documents case, has scheduled a marathon hearing with a daunting agenda. Among the issues likely to be discussed: how jurors will be selected, how classified evidence should be handled, whether the names of sensitive government witnesses should be publicly revealed and whether the trial should be postponed until this summer — or until after the presidential election.
... Trump’s lawyers and special counsel Jack Smith filed competing proposals for the trial schedule. Officially, the case is slated to go to trial on May 20, but Cannon... is almost certain to push that date back. The big question is how much she’ll push it."
Special Counsel Smith is seeking a July 8 trial date.
Trump is asking for it to be pushed to either August 12 OR delayed until after the election.

Trump pushes for another hearing to get more discovery in Mar-a-Lago documents case
Donald Trump’s lawyers are trying to convince Judge Aileen Cannon that she will need to hold a hearing on their request for more discovery from several agencies and the White House.
Their request depends on an argument that officials from those agencies were advising prosecutors on prosecutorial decisions that essentially make them members of the prosecution team.
Cannon seemed open to the idea of holding a hearing, but pressed Trump attorney Emil Bove on what such a hearing would focus on and how it would work. Bove pointed to several examples of what he said was collaboration between multiple government agencies like the National Archives and the White House.
