DC grand jury that handed up 2020 election indictment against Trump meets again
A federal grand jury reconvened on Tuesday for the first time since handing up an indictment last week against former President Donald Trump related to his efforts to overturn the 2020 election.
It appears that Judge Tanya Chutkan is the worst possible judge for Trump to have over his J6 case.
Good.
A judge that is perceived to be "pro-Trump" or "Trump friendly" would skew the public's perception of the case/trial in the wrong direction. (We have that in Docs case)
Much better to have a judge that is perceived to be hostile to Trump. That way, when Trump successfully defeats the charges, the victory will be much more meaningful and to many more people.

She was found guilty by our corrupt DOJ, and she is currently walking into court to be sentenced.
PLEASE say all the prayers you can for her. 🙏🏻

United States v. Samuel Bankman-Fried
DOJ informs Judge Kaplan and SBF that it intends to file a superseding indictment against SBF next week.
"The superseding indictment will make clear that Mr. Bankman-Fried remains charged with conducting an illegal campaign finance scheme as part of the fraud and money laundering schemes originally charged."
Despite dropping Count 8 due to treaty obligations with the Bahamas, DOJ still plans to introduce evidence of SBF's illegal campaign finance scheme at trial.

First, thank you so much to everyone who has been praying for me. I sure do appreciate you guys! I did not feel panicked at sentencing, which I fully attribute to God answering people's prayers for me.
For those of you who don't know, I was charged in December, 2021, with the four standard J6-related misdemeanors. I had a bench trial in DC in January of this year. The judge found me guilty of all four charges. I was sentenced today.
This is my sentencing outcome:
Government/prosecution asked for the max of 12 months in Federal prison.
Probation recommended six months in Federal prison.
We asked for six months home confinement.
The judge sentenced me to three months in Federal prison, two years of supervised release (the same restrictions I've been living under since I self-surrendered and was arrested December 1, 2021), $500 in restitution, $70 in fees, and mandatory drug testing. (I've been clean since God delivered me from drugs in 1987.)
I will self-surrender to the Federal prison of their choice (TBD) October 2nd and am scheduled to be released January 2, 2024. I am choosing to see it as a three-month mandatory missions trip to a highly undesirable location. 🙏🇺🇸
