Our incredible team at Barnes Law filed this motion on behalf of more than 100 military members who are facing career-ending punishment for refusing the COVID-19 vaccines. "[T]he FDA’s abject lawlessness paved the way for the U.S. military to treat our heroes in uniform as guinea pigs for experimental drugs. It imposed career-ending punishment on any service member who dared to ask: 'Why shouldn’t the FDA be forced to follow the law?'"
