Sawyer County Judge Monica Isham is threatening to stop holding court hearings after Milwaukee Judge Hannah Dugan was arrested for impeding an immigration arrest. In an email obtained by Wisconsin Now, Isham said she would not allow ICE to remove illegal aliens from her courtroom without "due process," even comparing immigration enforcement to "concentration camps." She warned that without clear guidance by the May 9 Judicial District 10 meeting; she will refuse to hold court in her branch.
