States clear as day:
1.) Seasonal Influenza = aerosolized virions/pathogens thus "AT LEAST A N95 RESPIRATOR" should be required.

2.) Pandemic Influenza = make stuff up as you go???

3.) How is the Seasonal Influenza and Pandemic Influenza different that one requires "at least" a N95 Respirator for respiratory protection and the other Pandemic Influenza requires to follow "current public health guidelines?" What changed how aerosolized Influenza virions are inhaled? Nothing, just the illogical and illegal mask mandates.

The Lake County Department of Health thinks the American people can't research nor read comprehensively and think critically.

To OSHA, why are the standards "TEMPORARY," referenced from page 2 of 3M's Personal Safety Division, Technical Bulletin July 2021, page 2, states to follow OSHA's Emergency Temporary Standard published on June 21st, 2021...what happens to mask guidance AFTER "TEMPORARY" Emergency Standard? Does America return to normal mask guidance that you set standards for workplace safety again?

*** Per OSHA Law & Mask Requirements under OSHA Respiratory Protection Standard 29 CFR 1910:134, for any employer (entity) must by law require all employees be medically evaluated and cleared for respirator use prior to wearing a mask or being fit tested for a respirator.

* No Respirator manufacturer makes respirators sizes for children and nor should any respirator be worn longer than 4 hrs per OSHA's standards. Yet children wear masks all throughout the day without proper donning/doffing procedures.
