Thank you to everyone who has been in touch with ACI in recent days regarding our constitutional action against the state. Your support is very much appreciated. 
 
Our challenge against the government’s wipeout of our freedom continues and we are preparing our appeal to the Supreme Court which we will lodge in the coming weeks. If that fails, we will proceed to Europe. 
 
We are emboldened by the growing resistance to totalitarianism in the US, UK and on the continent, particularly in Germany where many eminent doctors and scientists are finding the courage to stand up and speak the truth.

We also wish to state for the record that we have received no bill from the state for costs, but if we do, we have no intention of paying it. To do so would be to fund the criminality and fraud which the state and its political courts are engaged in against the people of Ireland. 
 
We have asked the government repeatedly to produce proof that the Covid19 virus exists and that lockdowns, masks, social distancing and Covid ‘vaccinations’ are effective but they have failed to produce a shred of evidence in relation to any of these matters. They have no case whatsoever for doing what they have done to Irish people and our country in the last year and growing numbers of people are now understanding that there is a very different agenda at play.  
 
As many of you now accept, the Irish people and humanity as a whole are facing an existential threat like no other as the New World Order cabal pushes ahead with it's plans for a global dictatorship of total control. Tens of thousands of people have already died from Covid19 ‘vaccines’ and many more have been left paralysed, blind and/or with developing auto immune diseases. 
 
The weaponry of debt slavery, geoengineering, 5G/wireless radiation, Pharma medications, childhood vaccines, Marxist indoctrination in schools, mass uncontrolled immigration, water fluoridation, dangerous food, Garda brutality, and relentless mass media programming are also being used to break and kill the Irish people.
 
However, I can state clearly that the pushback in villages, towns and cities all around our island is developing apace and many people are now coming to grips with and understanding the diabolical agenda of control and depopulation that is at play. In their own ways, they are standing up against it by removing their masks, refusing to vaccinate, challenging power-hungry Gardai, taking their children out of school and coming together in small groups to take back control of their community.      
 
This is the only way we can regain our freedom. It is down to each individual Irish man and woman to adopt the courage and spirit of our brave patriots throughout our rich and heroic history and take a stand in their own way. While some turn to despair, this crisis presents a great opportunity for real change where for the first time we can envisage and create an Ireland free of the anti-Irish institutions that have crushed our people since the foundation of the state, and particularly in recent decades: Fianna Fail, Fine Gael, Sinn Fein, An Garda Siochana, RTE, Denis O’Brien Media, The Irish Times, HSE and the Marxist unions. 
 
Until such time as these forces of tyranny and treason are abandoned by the Irish people and a new patriotism is born rooted in the Christian values that define what it means to be Irish, our country will fall only further into totalitarianism and corruption.
