The special counsel's report on Biden's classified documents scandal was a disaster and his embarrassing “press conference” was worse.
Here are some takeaways:
— Biden did, in fact, “willfully” retain and disclose classified materials, including classified documents related to national security and “sensitive intelligence sources and methods,” in his home, garage, and office for decades — and he knew all about it.
— In 2017, Biden gave classified documents to a ghostwriter penning his memoir — who had never held a security clearance — and warned the ghostwriter to “be careful” because “some of this may be classified.” Biden’s ghostwriter later destroyed a recording of their conversation after learning a special counsel had been appointed.
— Biden lied to investigators when he said he didn't remember finding marked classified documents at any time after the end of the Obama administration.
— Biden kept classified documents — including documents related to the war in Afghanistan and documents marked at the highest top secret/sensitive level — in his garage in “damaged” and “opened” containers near a dog crate and a broken lamp wrapped in duct tape.
— Biden viewed his classified documents “as highly private and valued possessions with which he was unwilling to part.”
— Biden was unable to remember “when he was vice president” and “when his son Beau died” during his interview with the special counsel, in which he exhibited “diminished faculties” and “significant limitations.”
— Biden’s lawyers demanded the special counsel to “revisit” and “revise” the report’s descriptions of Biden’s memory.
— The special counsel won’t charge Biden with a crime because he is a “well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory” who “would be well into his eighties.”
Despite unlawfully possessing classified documents for years and repeatedly lying about it, Biden is too diminished to face any consequences.
That’s the double standard of justice.

Feb 8 (Reuters) - Digital World Acquisition Corp (DWAC.O), opens new tab, the blank-check acquisition company that has agreed to take former U.S. President Donald Trump's social media platform public, is nearing a $50 million financing deal, people familiar with the matter said on Thursday.
The deal, which could be announced in the next few days, is based on convertible notes and will help fund DWAC while it tries to complete its merger with Trump Media & Technology Group (TMTG), owner of social media platform Truth Social, the sources said.

Morning Joe complaining about election interference against Biden.
“My God! This just never stops. We’re forever going to have special prosecutors who can’t indict a Democratic candidate, so they’re going to try to politically damage them.”
Oh, the irony…
