The Pentagon is tapping into its stockpile of ammunition in Israel to help meet Ukraine's dire need for artillery shells, the New York Times reported Tuesday quoting American and Israeli officials.
The Pentagon stockpile – vast yet little known – provides arms and ammunition for the Pentagon to use in Middle East conflicts, and in the past, Israel was allowed access to it in emergencies. American and Israeli officials said that about half of the 300,000 (155mm) rounds destined for Ukraine have already been shipped to Europe and will eventually be delivered through Poland.

Here's why we have to take this seriously: 1) The idea this was a "concerted effort" between the accuser and the Daily Beast is a lie. Many of us knew about this alleged incident way before the Beast had it; 2) If you're innocent, you prove that in court. You don't go around trying to smear your accuser as mentally ill, or whatever.
This lawsuit is worth reading in full.
