TL;DR
Sleep duration was categorised into short
(<7hours), normal (7–9hours) and long (>9hours).

Normal sleep duration was associated with a slightly higher global cognitive score than short sleepers. In contrast, long sleepers had significantly lower scores.

Conclusion: Normal sleepers > short sleepers > long sleepers
