REACH, in collaboration with Shin Min Daily News, is organising a Mandarin physical dialogue on supporting vulnerable individuals in our society.

The dialogue will discuss the challenges faced by vulnerable individuals in our society that include families living in rental housing, youths-at-risk, rough sleepers, tissue sellers and cardboard/can sellers, and how the community can support them.
