Schools to have one day of home-based learning (HBL) a week
➡️ To support further safe distancing, schools will progressively transit to a blended learning model
➡️ Starting Apr 2020, all schools will conduct one day of HBL a week
- Primary - Wed
- Secondary - Thur
- JC/Centralised Institute - Fri
➡️ HBL will be introduced progressively to better prepare students and parents, if more days of HBL are needed

COVID-19: Defer non-essential trips to malls

To limit spread of the virus, malls and supermarkets have implemented safe distancing measures to regulate flow & spacing of people.

All are advised to:
🛋Stay home
🥚🥬 Only head to a mall for essentials, like food
👥👥 Expect queues, especially during peak hours
👨↔️👩 Keep at least 1 metre apart from others
📦 Buy food and groceries online

Reducing physical interactions is critical to curb local transmission.

Safe Distancing at F&B Outlets

F&B outlets must arrange tables and seats to ensure 1m separation between tables or different groups of diners

Dine safely
Do not sit on marked seats
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Related diners (e.g. family members, couples) can be seated together at one table
🔟 Groups of diners must be limited to 10 or fewer persons

COVID-19: 29 Mar Update

We have one more death due to COVID-19

A 70 year-old male Singapore Citizen developed serious complications and succumbed after 27 days in ICU. He had a history of hypertension and hyperlipidaemia.

Our deepest condolences to the family. MOH and SGH are providing them with all necessary assistance.

- Comply with Quarantine Orders (QO) and Stay-Home Notices

COVID-19: Safe Distancing Must Be Implemented At Workplaces

Telecommute if work can be done away from office. Employers should facilitate telecommuting by reviewing work processes and IT equipment 💻 and giving priority to vulnerable employees

If not possible, employers should:
- Reduce physical meetings, opt for tele-conferencing 👩‍💻👨‍💻
- Ensure at least 1m spacing between employees
- Stagger working hours and lunch times
- Defer or cancel all non-essential events 🚫
- Implement shift or split team arrangements

COVID-19: Keeping safe at community spaces

↔️ Practise safe-distancing
- Keep 1m apart from others
- Avoid shaking hands. Use other forms of greeting 👋

🧼🙌 Practise good personal hygiene
- Dispose of used masks and tissues properly in bins
- Wash/sanitise hands after contact with frequently touched surfaces, such as hand rails and grab poles

- Wear a mask, see a doctor and stay at home
