This is the week dedicated to raising consciousness, knowledge and awareness about our lung health and also respiratory diseases, especially in its treatment and prevention. With the ongoing COVID 19 crisis, it is a must for everyone to recognize and reflect our actions into taking care of our respiratory health.

Moreover, this is the week also dedicated to celebrating our competent and credible respiratory therapist all over our nation. Their continuing role in the health care team and their commitment, bravery, compassion and dedication to their patients are deeply appreciated and acknowledged.

Together with the RTSociety, let us celebrate this week with compassion and glee. Happy Respiratory Care Week, mga kaBAGAs!

Respiratory Care week is October 23-29.
Each year (Arkansas Society for Respiratory Care) submit a request for a RC Week Proclamation to their Governors office.

This is a great way to recognize Respiratory Therapists in each state. It's easy to do and only takes a few minutes! If you need help doing this I'm more than happy to help!
