ယခုအခါတွင် RBF Plus သည် တတိယအကြိမ်မြောက်ခေါ်ယူမည့် အဆိုပြုလွှာခေါ်ယူခြင်းအတွက် အလွတ်တန်းလျှောက်လွှာ ကူညီရေးသားပေးသူ (Freelance Service Provider) များကို ခေါ်ယူနေပြီ ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
လျှောက်လွှာကူညီရေးသားပေးသူ (Service Provider) ဆိုသည်မှာ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရှိ စိုက်ပျိုးမွေးမြူရေးနှင့် လယ်ယာထွက်ကုန် တန်ဖိုးကွင်းဆက်တစ်လျှောက်လုံးရှိ အသေးစား၊ အငယ်စားနှင့် အလတ်စား စီးပွားရေးလုပ်ငန်းများ (Agrifood MSMEs) ၏ အကျိုးကို လိုလားပြီး၊
🔹လျှောက်ထားလိုသည့် တောင်သူ/စီးပွားရေးလုပ်ငန်း/အသင်းအဖွဲ့များ၏ လက်ရှိကြုံတွေ့ နေရသည့် အခက်အခဲများ၊ ဖြေရှင်းနိုင်ခြေများကို   သေချာစွာ ဆွေးနွေးတိုင်ပင်ခြင်း၊
🔹RBF Plus ရှိ ဧရိယာ (၉) ခု အနက်မှ ကိုက်ညီသော စီမံကိန်းအိုင်ဒီယာကို အတူတကွ စဉ်းစား ဖော်ထုတ်ခြင်း၊
🔹 RBF Plus ၏ စည်းမျဉ်း၊ လိုအပ်ချက်များနှင့်အညီ လိုအပ်သော အထောက်အထား စာရွက်စာတမ်းများကို ကူညီစုဆောင်း၍ အဆိုပြုလွှာရေးသားတင်သွင်းပေးခြင်း၊
🔹 ထောက်ပံ့ငွေပေးအပ်ရန် ရွေးချယ်ခြင်းခံရသော တောင်သူ/လုပ်ငန်း/အသင်းအဖွဲ့နှင့် RBF Plus တို့အကြား စာချုပ်မချုပ်ဆိုမီ တွေ့ဆုံရသော M&E Meeting အတွက် စီမံကိန်းမစတင်မီ လုပ်ငန်း အချက်အလက်များအား ကူညီတွက်ချက်ပေးခြင်း စသည့် တာဝန်များကို ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရသူ ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

Call for Freelance Service Providers - RBF Plus
The Responsible Business Fund Plus (RBF Plus) is a development assistance program that aims to promote the inclusive growth of agrifood Micro, Small, and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs) within local agricultural value chains, enhancing their economic resilience and environmental sustainability.
RBF Plus is pleased to invite freelance service providers to support prospective applicants in developing and submitting project proposals under Third Call for Proposals.
Service providers are expected to work in the interest of agrifood MSMEs and carry out the following responsibilities:
🔹 Conduct in-depth consultations with interested farmers, businesses, or associations to understand their current challenges and explore feasible solutions;
🔹 Co-develop relevant project ideas that align with one or more of RBF Plus’s nine areas of support;
🔹 Assist in gathering and reviewing the necessary supporting documents, and draft high-quality proposals in accordance with RBF Plus guidelines;
🔹 Support the calculation and documentation of baseline business information required for the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) meeting between selected applicants and RBF Plus prior to grant agreement signing.

• တောင်ယာ၊ပန်းမန် စိုက်ပျိုးရေးလုပ်ငန်းများအတွက် လက်တွန်းထွန်စက် (Power Tillers)များ၊

ယင်းနည်းပညာများသည် လုပ်ငန်းလည်ပတ်မှုစရိတ် လျှော့ချခြင်း၊ ရိတ်သိမ်းပြီးနောက် ဆုံးရှုံးမှုများ လျော့နည်းစေခြင်းနှင့် ထုတ်ကုန်အရည်အသွေး မြှင့်တင်ခြင်းတို့မှတစ်ဆင့် ရှမ်းပြည်နယ်ရှိတောင်သူများနှင့် လုပ်ငန်းရှင်များ၏ ဝင်ငွေတိုးတက်ရေးနှင့် ဈေးကွက်ချဲ့ထွင်နိုင်ရေးကို အထောက်အကူပြုလျက်ရှိပါသည်။

အဆိုပါ ခရီးစဉ်များအတွင်း မှတ်တမ်းတင်ခဲ့သော လုပ်ငန်းလည်ပတ်မှု အခြေအနေများနှင့် ထောက်ပံ့ငွေပေးအပ်ခြင်းဆိုင်ရာ သဘောတူညီမှုစာချုပ် ချုပ်ဆိုမှု အမှတ်တရပုံရိပ်များကို မျှဝေပေးလိုက်ပါသည်။

Shan State is one of Myanmar’s most important agricultural and livestock production regions, playing a significant role in the cultivation and production of avocados, maize, potatoes, tea, and other high-value crops, thereby contributing substantially to the country’s agricultural and livestock sectors. To promote the modernization of the agriculture, livestock, and fisheries sectors, as well as their entire value chains in the region, RBF+ has been providing grant support and has conducted field visits to these projects.
During the visits, the team observed a range of technology-driven initiatives implemented by micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), including:
• Solar PV systems
• Solar-powered pumping systems that improve irrigation efficiency
• Flatbed dryers and column dryers for post-harvest processing
• Power tillers for upland cultivation and floriculture operations
• Cold storage facilities for potatoes and avocados, key crops of Shan State
• High-quality potato propagation systems using micropropagation (tissue culture) technology
• Metal fabrication facilities for agricultural machinery production.
These technologies contribute to reducing operational costs, minimizing post-harvest losses, and improving product quality, thereby supporting increased income generation and market expansion for farmers and MSMEs in Shan State.
In addition, grant agreements were successfully signed with selected farmers and MSMEs in Shan State under the Second Call for Proposals. This marks an important milestone in advancing technology adoption and facilitating the expansion of their businesses.
