There should be a system which would ensure that the voters are educated about basic political manipulations, which in turn would help us with votes which are casted more reasonably.

The foremost responsibility of every individual is to protect Dharma - not merely in words, but in action. Dharma Must Be Lived to Be Preserved. Just as Vidyā (knowledge) is preserved not merely by safeguarding books, but by studying, practicing & passing on knowledge, Dharma too is preserved only by practicing it. True protection of Dharma lies in Ācharaṇa.

This is where we can differentiate between a believer and a follower. It's not the believers who protect dharma, it's the followers. Believers can only protect Tangible things like temples, books or another being. Which it's the followers who protect dharma, by following it.
