โ€œNo one knows how much effort I make so that sadness does not appear on my face, and this is more difficult than sadness itself.โ€

Reminder to read Surat Al-Mulk
Every night ended with the recitation of Surah Al-Mulk, giving good tidings to its owner in his life that his heart would return to nature, and in the afterlife of her intercession for him ,She is saved from the torment of the grave

Feeling warm แฐ”

I had people I sat next to when they needed an ear and a simple tap in the back. Friends who used to call me when the nightโ€™s being a nightmare and listen to my words like a lullaby. Strangers who beep me up begging for a friend. I had people who used to run under my umbrella when the rain wonโ€™t stop. And now, most of them finally found their sunshine. Most of them I no longer talk to, some we just pass by each otherโ€™s heart reacts on birthday posts. Some I just see their smiles on photos. And some Iโ€™m not even sure if they still remember the seconds weโ€™ve shared. And yes, sometimes I miss them. But Iโ€™m always comforted by the truth that my purpose is to calm sad hearts by not letting them feel so alone. And the fact that they no longer run to me means they no longer need it. That nights no longer feel like a nightmare and mornings no longer feel like a punishment. The fact that they no longer need my company means theyโ€™re finally okay.

They say itโ€™s sad when youโ€™ve built a bond with someone and then they disappear. But if someoneโ€™s disappearance means they are winning in life, I wonโ€™t mind not seeing them again.

maybe it's better to keep it inside
words without action mean nothing.

A huge part of my healing process was anchored in the act of forgetting. I want to snatch every ugly experience and archive them so that it won't have a space in my future timeline.

For many years, I was completely detached from the reality of it. I felt like a stray going with no hope of a home toward the end. And so I keep latching onto this chasm of mindless wander. That maybe when I undress this wound or strip this grief from this body it has occupied in, everything would turn out beautifully.

But as I go on, I realized there are things I can't simply forget by just running away because that's not how it will always work. Sometimes, sitting with my grief reminds me of existing. And even then sometimes, it reminds me I am capable of feeling.

When I am sad, I pick up the pieces of little good things I can remember and fill it up with nothing but brightness. I run back to it. I start laying the bricks over again. I start living without trying to forget.

I always love being alone. It feels so peaceful, and it seems like I can be myself when I'm alone. I can always release what I feel whenever no one is around. I can stop pretending. I can cry if I want to, and I can stop faking my smile. All I have to do is be who I want to be when no one is watching. Being alone is better than being with people most of the time. I don't really like listening to anyone, especially when all they talk about is negative things or anything that could also hurt other people. I also don't like to be with those who say bad things about me. I crave peace of mind more than anything else. And that is why I don't like spending my time with people who are not even good for my mental health. No one ever sees how vulnerable I can be when I'm alone, and no one ever knows how much I appreciate the serenity it brings to me.

honestly, if u know how difficult and how long it took some people to recover their peace of mind and happiness, you'll understand why they shut all doors at any slight discovery of toxicity, and also why they can be so picky about who they allow into their lives.
