Currently, at best, the PM2.5 particles are at the levels of ~16Β΅g/m3. This is at best. And some news channels are reporting this as perfectly clean air. Sure, relative to the other days it might be considered as "perfectly clean". But perfectly clean air would be at the levels of ~5Β΅g/m3.
The levels of PM2.5 in our bedroom is at the levels of 5Β΅g/m3, even during the nastiest days with high levels of PM2.5 β it stays at the levels of 5Β΅g/m3.

Deleting instagram was a very healthy choice for me. If I wanted or had to use Instagram then I used the web version, which is absolutely awful in terms of UX. That made me a lot less motivated to keep using it, since it was always a hassle to make it work and actually enjoy instagram

I have a strong opinion I wanted to share for quiet a while that might rage a lot of people and might resonate with some. I say double the amount of radars and triple the fines for breaking traffic laws. The more I see the things people do on the roads, the more I'm concerned for the safety of my family
