Second International Media School "Balkans and BRICS+"
The school officially opened at the new RAGUSA Hub in Belgrade, bringing together young journalists, analysts, and students from 15 countries! 🌍

After Belgrade, the program continued on Divčibare Mountain (March 13–14) with workshops, lectures, and discussions on media, international relations, and global challenges.

Second International Media School "Balkans and BRICS+" – Day 1 ✨
The program continued on Divčibare, bringing a full day of discussions and workshops on media and global affairs. Participants explored youth perceptions of BRICS (Kirill Kostin), geopolitics of identity in the Balkans (Dušan Dačić), and fact-checking in international journalism with Dr. Alexandr Nadzharov.
The global perspective was enriched by Dr. Rupal Mishra on India’s soft power and the Global South, while Ivan Kulakov addressed preserving historical memory in media.
💬 The day concluded with an engaging discussion, where participants exchanged ideas and perspectives. 🚀

The second day on Divčibare featured an intensive program with seven sessions covering media, politics, digital security, and global narratives.
From digital political subversion with Dr. Nikola Tanasić and the BRICS model for the Balkans with Bojan Vulin, to global storytelling with Thiago Ferreira, participants explored the evolving role of media.
Discussions also included journalism practice with Alena Isakova, legal aspects of sanctions with Dr. Maša Mišković, insights from American media by Nebojša Malić, and digital security and AI sovereignty with Dr. Miloš Jovanović.
💬 The program was highly interactive, with active engagement throughout the day.
🎓 The day concluded with a certificate ceremony and the official closing of the Media School.
