Conclusive evidence depicting the firing by Azerbaijani armed forces of both small and large caliber weapons in the immediate vicinity of villages in the Syunik province of Republic of Armenia.
This video was recorded 2 days ago, at different times of the day, in the middle of Agarak and Yeghvard villages of Kapan community; the footage was captured by our perimeter guards at the lines of contact.
To put the matter in context and to be clear, the point of origin of these shooting is directly about one (1) km from the village of Agarak.
The Armenian Human Rights Ombudsman periodically receives alerts about the anger and the concerns of residents of Kapan villages over the discharging of firearms by the Azerbaijani military on a regular basis.
All of these once again confirm that in the immediate vicinity of Syunik communities, and on the roads connecting those communities, there should not be any Azerbaijani military forces. The presence of these forces seriously endangers the rights of Armenian civilians, disturbs their peace and peaceful life.

📍I have reliable information that Iskander was used in the last phase of the war in the direction of Shushi
📍Aliyev knows that he did not defeat the Armenian people, the Armenian army, but defeated the incompetent leadership of Pashinyan and his team.
📍 The Armenian army has never had such modern and numerous weapons as Azerbaijan, but this has never prevented Baku from restraining the onslaught.
📍The current leadership, after coming to power, completely changed the plan for rearmament of the army, developed by its predecessors and capable of radically changing its appearance.

The State Emergency Service of the Artsakh Ministry of Internal Affairs reports.
Presumably, the soldiers were previously buried and their remains were handed over after the exhumation of graves in Varanda (Fizuli), Hadrut and Jrakan (Jebrail).
According to the information, the transfer of bodies took place at the intersection of the Krasny Bazar - Shekher communities of the Martuni region.
Rescuers led by the director of the State Emergencies Service Mehak Arzumanyan transported the remains to Stepanakert.
The Minister of Internal Affairs of Karabakh Karen Sargsyan was also in the Stepanakert Bureau of Forensic Medicine. The minister assured that all possible steps are being taken to search for dead or missing servicemen, noting that negotiations will continue in the near future.
It should be noted that the total number of bodies found during the search after the ceasefire or handed over by Azerbaijan was 1,485.
