President Joe Biden has officially announced plans to PULL ALL U.S. military forces out of Afghanistan by the 2021 anniversary of the 9/11 attack.
"It's time to end the forever war," Biden said.
With this new target, Biden will miss the May 1 deadline for a full withdrawal that the Trump admin had set under an agreement with the Taliban last year.
