The UAE-backed Rapid Support Forces (RSF) have committed a massacre at the Saudi Hospital in El Fasher, Darfur. Verified footage shows dozens of bodies strewn across the facility, with militants seen executing a survivor at point-blank range. This follows the RSF’s full takeover of El Fasher, where reports now indicate that thousands of civilians have been systematically slaughtered in recent days. According to multiple sources including UN officials and the Yale Humanitarian Lab, targeted killings and summary executions have occurred at hospitals and displacement camps. The UN warns these atrocities may constitute war crimes or crimes against humanity.
