❗️ The remains of the 106 military personnel transferred by Azerbaijan to the Armenian are unrecognizable.

The State Emergency Service of the Artsakh Ministry of Internal Affairs reports.

Presumably, the soldiers were previously buried and their remains were handed over after the exhumation of graves in Varanda (Fizuli), Hadrut and Jrakan (Jebrail).
According to the information, the transfer of bodies took place at the intersection of the Krasny Bazar - Shekher communities of the Martuni region.

Rescuers led by the director of the State Emergencies Service Mehak Arzumanyan transported the remains to Stepanakert.

The Minister of Internal Affairs of Karabakh Karen Sargsyan was also in the Stepanakert Bureau of Forensic Medicine. The minister assured that all possible steps are being taken to search for dead or missing servicemen, noting that negotiations will continue in the near future.

It should be noted that the total number of bodies found during the search after the ceasefire or handed over by Azerbaijan was 1,485.
📯 "There are direct threats to children" - Ombudsman of Armenia Arman Tatoyan summed up the results of his visit to Syunik:

▫️ Azerbaijani servicemen shoot from small and large-caliber weapons, both day and night.
▫️ Due to the process of "defining" the borders of Armenia with Azerbaijan, pastures, private and communal arable lands were targeted by the Azerbaijani Armed Forces.
▫️ Residents of Shikahogh, Srashen and Nerkin Handa reported shelling during agricultural work.
▫️The Azerbaijani military was at a distance of less than 1 km and could observe the peasants with the naked eye.
▫️ Enemy servicemen, their flags and signs on the road leading to the villages of Kapan violate the freedom of movement of civilians.
▫️ Villagers are forced to refrain from traveling on this road in the evening for safety reasons.
▫️The reason for everything that is happening in Syunik is the use of mechanical approaches in determining the borders, without involving a professional commission and taking into account the interests of residents of border regions.
▫️The Office of the Ombudsman prepares a detailed report and presents its proposals to the responsible authorities.
