I don't know Idlewild at all, but I do love this song of theirs, especially the bit where half of the instruments disappear and it builds back up again!
A literally-unknown band called Frisby had this song on a magazine (possibly VOX Magazine) compilation CD at some time in the 1990s. I cannot find a single mention of this band on the Internet. How about that?!
